Just went to this location in Burlington mall. The girl at the cash register didn’t even look upand told me to just wait one second I went to the other working girl there that was behind the food area and she said I can’t take your order you have to go to the girl behind the cash first. I’ve never had such a lousy customer service experience. I have been to many NY Fries locations over the years and have always enjoyed the food and the customer service has always been good. Not sure what’s wrong with the two female staff at the Burlington Mall today, but good grief, whoever owns this location, needs to get things in shape!
