January 2nd beginning of lunch rush. New York Fries is the go to. Unfortunately todays Veggie Fries was disappointing. Fries were soft and the inside texture was like it has been sitting for a bit. Everything was room temperature. The cheese lighter in colour, slight foamy and thin. Sour cream also thin. It was tasteless. Couldn't finish it. A bit upsetting as was introducing family to it. Not a review to bash but for the owners to see and suggest review/have quality control.
I always love the Fries of NYF . I had the worst experience here . I think there was a owner ( he was old kind of guy ) he got frustrated as soon as we asked him to process our e gift card . No respect for customer . He started shouting and talking back to customer with a very rude language. Truly disappointed and felt insulted. In this economy people are giving business and this kind of people do not respect that support.
