My previous review was very positive but I've since had to amend. I have been waiting for over a month for the clinic to contact me for continuation of my treatment and even after numerous calls and follow-ups I haven't heard a word back. For all of Dr. Greenblatt's excellent care, and that of his front desk staff, it's not worth a lot when they leave a patient in pain with no follow up or suggestion of treatment. I recommend avoiding the frustration and seeking better care. I know I will.
Dr. Greenblatt is one of the best physicians I've met. He is extremely thorough and professional, all the while being so friendly, courteous and reassuring. He also has a great sense of humor which I've found goes a long way in calming and reassuring a patient. He diagnosed my issue within minutes and offered a remedy that we hope will alleviate the issue by the time of my next follow-up, and suggested other means of treatment in case it's required.
