Excelentes profesionales encantada del servicio y sobre todo t atienden de maravilla desde el staff
Have gone to see Dr. Allen numerous times and he is professional, takes care of the problem and has excellent bedside manners. Do not know about the other podiatrists. The receptionists are not well trained, some are rude,unprofessional. An example is making me wait while she was on the cell phone on a personal call. This office needs to retrain their office staff on patient courtesy.I gave a 4 star minus 1 for reception staff.
Esta fue mi experiencia con ellos, no digo q a ustedes va a pasarles. Uno de mis dedos del pie tenia una uña enterrada y fui a su clinica para que ayudaran el primer dia solo me dieron antibiotico, limpiaron y mandaron a casa. Despues tuve una cirugia grande y me tomo tiempo para regresar, al volver yo tenia un granuloma al lado de la uña y lo q el doctor hizo fue cortarlo, eso agravo mi situacion porque seguia creciendo, al ultimo ellos ya no quisieron atenderme porque segun entendieron que yo dije q buscaba compensacion de... read more
Tiene buenos doctores pero la actitud de las trabajadoras son horrible es desagradable la forma que te hablan y te tratan , esta es mi segunda vez aquí con mi hijo la primera vez es horrible le di una segunda oportunidad por que vi que los doctores son buenos y volví con ala cita de seguí y el muchacho me estaba hablando muy bien y una mal educada hablándome con actitud no sé como un lugar como este no capacitan a sus empleados para que el paciente se sienta bien y conforme , por que ellas cobran para dar un servicio , enton... read more
