The doctor is wonderful. His office manager Rosa is very nasty and condescending. She should really learn how to speak to people before someone shows her how to be more professional.
Was suppose to have foot surgery before memorial week. Never called and said anything. Try to call for 2 days and their closed when it says on the internet that they are open. Poor service.
Not sure if they are thieves or incompetent. I sent my daughter (20+) for an appointment because she was complaining of foot discomfort. Apparently, they felt that it would be okay to tell her that she needed to have a test, a biopsy to check for fungus, despite the fact that she didn't complain about it, nor was there any apparent reason to have the test done.
