We had another wonderful experience with New York Floral Design today. We began working with them in 2009 and Hilton, the owner, is still there (in business 26 years). As we now spend most of the year out of the country, we don't order very often, but we had a friend in West Palm Beach having a "monumental" birthday and needed something exquisite! I have used NY Florist several times. The last being this past weekend for my daughter’s wedding. They do such beautiful work and are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!!
Wonderful experience! They stepped up after I was scammed by a large floral service and delivered a beautiful arrangement within hours. My mother said "it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received" and it made her day. Hilton, was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. Attention to detail, and great follow up with text and phone calls. I'm thrilled to find this florist. I live out of state and it has taken me a few years to find a quality and dependable florist.
These flowers were stunning. Lifelong customer starting today!!!The owner was the nicest man I’ve met in 2024 was willing to sing happy birthday during the delivery. Best service I’ve ever had from a florist 10 star rating.
