I've gone to Golds and LA but I absolutely love NY. They may be smaller & no classes, but have exactly what I need weights! Not the snobby gym goers I'm used to, I've had ppl compliment my hard work since getting back from having my daughter, the atmosphere is friendly, clean & the owner and his wife and Waylon! are THE sweetest family I've come across. New York Fitness Club is a great place to get a workout in. I and my coworkers frequently visit the club, and have never saw anyone who followed club policies ever have an issue, as some reviewers mentioned. Karl and Waylon run a respectful gym, where anyone from a beginner to an avid gym goer can feel at home. I am a member of various clubs, and by far I feel that the atmosphere at NYFC is well worth the price of admission. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING KARL !!
