Excellent gym. Friendly, helpful staff and a great site manager. NYFC in Mechanicsburg is a gym where individuals at all levels of fitness can feel comfortable. The gym is always clean. Plenty of machines and free weights. The equipment is well maintained.

New York Fitness Club in Mechanicsburg is a great gym! Very clean, great staff, new equipment, and Carl (the owner) is a great guy!
I have gone to a lot of gyms in the past but this is the best bargain for the money I have found. I love this place, clean and all new equipment and a nice staff. I have recommended this place to my friends.
