There was a young lady there when we placed our order, but unfortunately her shift must have ended before it was ready. The guy that replaced her at the front was not familiar with proper food handling or customer service. He kept opening the containers touching stuff, why? Phone rang as he's bagging our order, he completely ignores us and starts on the phone. I asked for tarter sauce he gave me 3 for 3 fish dinners. Gyros are great experience in customer service
Ordered online and when I got there they did not see my order so I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to cook my food. They did not offer me anything for the inconvenience. They did apologize but nothing else.
To be a restaurant, it looks like a store selling all types of things. The parking lot is always trashed with litter, liquor bottles & weeds.
Visited NY Fish Chicken & Gyro & Convenient Market recently and was very impressed with how clean and polished the restaurant looked. The dining area was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. I tried the tripe sandwich and it was absolutely awesome —full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. It’s hard to find good tripe sandwiches around here, but this place definitely did it right. Great food, clean environment, and friendly service. Highly recommended!
