once you walk in you feel relaxed already! the receptionist greeted me nicely, and the person who deal with me was very patient and made sure whatever she used was only good towards my face. great prices and great services, I will def return.

Great Facial & Eye Treatment – My son gave me a Groupon Facial & eye treatment for my birthday, and of course waited untll almost the last day to use it. I really loved it, and since they were offering a deal to me for the same treatment I decided to take it to use another time. Its extremely clean and comfortable, and I really was impressed with the facilities.

Excellent!! – I cannot believe the negative review by "myreviews99" dated Dec 26, 2011. I found this place by purchasing a Groupon offer. Did not know what to expect but was hoping for a decent facial at a decent price. This place was amazing. So relaxing, so professional. Facials included eyebrow shaping, amazing extractions, steam treatment, ultrasonic treatments, soothing music, massage. My pores looked so much better, my skin was clearer, smoother, softer. Awful experience – I would NOT go back to this place ever. I had a 90 minute gold facial and it was very disappointing. - The girl who did my facial could not understand english, it was hard to communicate. Her message was okay when she did but I got terrible back pain the next few days. - All through the facial, there is a constant pressure to buy their products or upgrade services. Excellent Facial – My mother and I really enjoyed coming to the spa. I am very pleased with my acne facial treatment. My skin feels amazing. The setting was very relaxing and I was very comfortable. I was not expecting the massage as well that was an excellent treat. I would love to come back my next trip to New York.

Love it!!! – This was the best facial I've ever received. The spa itself was nice, modest and calming, with nice music playing in each of the private room. I'm normally quite happy with my skin but I like to receive extractions for my nose. My facialist was incredibly gentle, the massage was heavenly, my pores were so much smaller! And by some magic she got ride of the tiny bumps on my forehead that even my doctors couldn't do anything about. And my skin looked SO pretty. Great Service and Convenient Location! – New York Fashion Beauty ran a Groupon promotion (facial plus eye treatment package) a few months ago and given that I was getting a lot of acne from my current pregnancy, I had decided to give it a try. Good thing I did because the facials really helped with my acne. Amazing! – New York Fashion and Beauty is a great new spa located in the heart of the Garment Center. The staff is skilled at what they do, and in addition, incredibly friendly. The space is a quiet sanctuary in the bustling neighborhood, and the facial I received was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this spa to a friend, and will be going back!

Best spa in Manhattan – One of my friend invite me to join a privte party there. They hav a huge terrance facing Times Square. I was awesome. I came back the following week to have a facial; Oh my God, they are so professional and their products are excellent. I wish someone will threw me a birthday party there!!
