Johnathan was amazing!!!! super professional, very patient, phone etiquette was on point just a great introduction to a dental appointment in which some can already have doubts. I enjoyed his outgoing and optimistic personality!! your doing a Great Job we need more people like you who enjoy their job.
New York Family & Pediatric Dental Care and his staff were very welcoming and processional. I love when I feel comfortable at the dentist. He was very easy to work with and I got more accomplished at this visit than I have anywhere else and this was my first time there. I'll be back in 6 months *Highly recommended*
I have been going to Dr. Kauftheil for four years. His dental chair is my favorite place to take a quick power nap or catch up on grading papers (I am a teacher). This is how smooth and pain free he operates! Dr. Kauftheil is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I like how he talks me through the different procedures. His wonderful staff is also an important part of his practice. I always know ahead of time what to expect vis à vis insurance and payment matters, and they make it easy for me. Simply the best!
Will recommend them for sure!!!!!! They are real professionals. Dr. Kauftheil and team know the importance of good medications. Dental care is great.
I absolutely adore Dr. Kauftheil and staff, and I completely trust them with my dental care. I highly recommend!
