Very rude whoever answer the phone call this morning. She just hang up on me My first appt with them this afternoon and not sure what to expect from this place. Giving one star is too much from my first impression

The best of the best. Given the volume of patient flow they handle you would expect them to be cranky but quite the contrary, Dr Ky and staff are vigilantly professional and courteous at all times. I stumbled upon their office while visiting Flusing one day and never looked back. Do not entrust your vision to anyone else.

Terrible doctor. Unhelpful front desk staff. Took 3 hrs to try to get any information regarding my parent's care. Insisted we sign a consent to pay for cataract surgery with cost fill in lines left blank. Said they will fill in the costs AFTER we come in person to pay. Asked if they could resend with costs filled out instead of left blank, she said she would not give us a discount if she had to do that. I said that's fine, we just want to know the costs.
