Called the number provided here on google looking for ENT. Woman who picked up the phone said, “We don’t have an ENT, this is the eye part!” And just hung up the phone on me.
I Highly Recommend Doctor Christina Cherny, she is a super professional and takes care of her patients. She thoroughly examined my eyesight, and gave me the best advises with a prescription. Thanks to people work at the reception desk as well.
At registration they asked us to digitally sign 3 signatures that were required. They will print the forms after they are digitally signed. It was signed and I asked for copies. Prior to signing, I had no idea what was in their paperwork. They won't show me any of it. They said it's privacy acknowledgement forms.
