While in the market of looking for a better rate for our companies copier needs we signed a lease with NY digital. They failed to deliver on all aspects of our agreement which included paying off our old lease with a previous company. We have been under contract with NY Digital Products for five years. The last three years have been a nightmare. Constant calls to have repairs done are answered with polite replies and promises of work to be done but we wait weeks sometimes to get a repair person in. This year 2018 has been blatant disregard to our requests. We have a leased copier that has not worked properly since January. Within the year my company decided to switch our long term copier provider with New York Digital Products. The salesmen was great and professional and really stole our business away from our current provider. My problem with this company lies is with the follow up. For the first couple of months I saw same day or next day (if it was late) toner delivery and service. Now I call them and email and get "order confirmations" but don't see anything from the company for weeks which is still on going, I have not received my "confir... read more
Business response:
I called this morning and was told that the toner is no longer in a back order status and I should receive it in a day or two as well as my service call. I don't believe service should be waiting on supply orders. My review stands about the company until they can prove they care about customer service.
