I would strongly recommend that you read all social media reviews of dissatisfied customers, I had scheduled a appointment 2 weeks out for 9am ,I live 45 minutes away , I arrived at 845 am I was seated in a room at 9 am , I asked the girl if the doctor was on schedule , she said yes, I was left alone in the room for an hour, I got the attention of a employee walking by , I asked her what time it was , she said 10 , I said will it be much longer, she came back and said that the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and he w... read more
Do not waste your time, I waited in a room for an hour only to find out that the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and they didn’t know how long he would be, know one notified me of this, I think they forgot about me and I probably would still be there
If you have Medicaid insurance do NOT go here you are nothing but a cash cow for them. Went in with a tooth that cracked which made the filling fall out, figured it would need to be root canaled or extracted. The dentist said it had to be pulled as well as the one behind due to bone loss. Then he said I had a cavity and needed to have a new crown on another tooth. I asked to be sedated for extreme anxiety he replied that they didn't do that and he referred me to Wilson which was a dead end. I was left to find an oral surgeon... read more
My initial review was too long to post. So I'm just going to say, they make mistakes and then want to charge you for fixing their mistake. They apparently don't know what the insurance covers and have had GHI call them directly several times to correct their billing errors since that particular service is covered in full. The dentists can be very condescending and tell you that you don't know what you are talking about when you say you've had pain since you felt a piece of filling chipped/cracked.
