I would strongly recommend that you read all social media reviews of dissatisfied customers, I had scheduled a appointment 2 weeks out for 9am ,I live 45 minutes away , I arrived at 845 am I was seated in a room at 9 am , I asked the girl if the doctor was on schedule , she said yes, I was left alone in the room for an hour, I got the attention of a employee walking by , I asked her what time it was , she said 10 , I said will it be much longer, she came back and said that the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and he w... read more

Do not waste your time, I waited in a room for an hour only to find out that the doctor was in the middle of a procedure and they didn’t know how long he would be, know one notified me of this, I think they forgot about me and I probably would still be there

If you have Medicaid insurance do NOT go here you are nothing but a cash cow for them. Went in with a tooth that cracked which made the filling fall out, figured it would need to be root canaled or extracted. The dentist said it had to be pulled as well as the one behind due to bone loss. Then he said I had a cavity and needed to have a new crown on another tooth. I asked to be sedated for extreme anxiety he replied that they didn't do that and he referred me to Wilson which was a dead end. I was left to find an oral surgeon... read more

Dr. Pannu has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever met. He explained nothing about the procedure- which I had been extremely nervous about- and when I started to have a panic attack he told me that if I didn't calm down he would not work on me. No reassurance, no empathy, no explanation of what to expect. I was given no after care instructions beyond "don't use a straw and don't spit". I have been a patient here for almost 9 years and the level of care keeps going down. I called yesterday because I have tooth pain and can only chew on one side of my mouth. They told me that because I missed two appointments I had to have a cleaning and x-rays first before they would treat the tooth pain. They then stated that they could not see me until August 15th for a cleaning and then I would have to schedule another appointment to fix the tooth pain. So they are basica… See more

Pleasant front line staff. They make the first impression you either stay or you go they're very important. Always on time always cheerful helpful. Hi giannis are courteous well-trained pleasant. Doctor isn't selling you something just to sell does her job does it well. I'm very pleased with the service I get excellent care at New York dental I would recommend it.

Everyone at New York dental group was very friendly. My hygienist was very knowledgable and efficient. She was also nice and friendly, yet professional. I am very pleased with this place!
