I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I had a conversation with my Essential Plan support at Fidelis, and they informed me that Drena Fagen accepts Fidelis EP. However, upon further discussion, it became clear that this is not the case. It would be greatly appreciated if providers could keep insurance companies informed about any changes in their acceptance of plans to avoid confusion for customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
