Amazing service! Recently used this service as ticket # 23661 to customized my children's Nintendo switches. There was an extra issue with one of the devices and they went out of their way to help. High recommend this place for all your computer and gaming repair needs!

I've been to New York Computer Help for various laptop issues over the last several years and they've consistently fixed the problems in the same day at reasonable costs. I feel like they are a rare commodity within the service industry and therefore giving a positive bump here. Good stuff and will continue taking my computer issues to them.
I was surprised by so many positive reviews when first checking out this place. I thought there may be some fake ones, but I have to hand it to New York Computer help, they're totally legit. My laptop screen was cracked because I was clumsy and knocked it off the desk. they replaced the screen in an hour. I was in shock that they had the part and installed it so fast. I hope they last forever b/c I will never look any place else.
I needed a computer repair service in NYC for my company's network. The internet was in and out and everything was overall very slow sharing files and accessing emails. I called a few tech companies in including Geek Squad, but they all pointed fingers to Verizon although Verizon checked that everything worked perfectly fine from their end.
