Great customer service We are in the market for a sleep number bed and went to this location to view the selection and to find the perfect bed. Well the staff was VERY helpful. I would recommend this business.
oustanding store The customer service at Carlyle & Co. is exceptional! The staff is professional. The store is always staffed with courteous employees and they are always so helpful. They carry unusual jewelry items that can't be found at other stores and have all price ranges. Parking is a breeze (Northwoods Mall). They also will keep up with birthdays, anniversaries, etc. for you if you wish and help you remember to pick out a gift next year. A great staff. PROS: Outsanding service CONS: none

I absolutely love this store however today I went to this store January 3rd and the manager who's name was Mrs. Smith (she refused to give me her first name) was beyond rude and disrespectful, I walked in with my NYC and my NYC bootleg pant heck even my undershirt was NYC I grabbed about 10 items and waited for a dressing room, the woman Mrs Smith is super aggressive just from her tone and attitude, she was very loud and had no customer service what so ever.
