Would give a .5 if I could. Was in ER since 1:10 am until 6pm. The service was horrible. There about 3 staff members that were helpful and polite. The rest just ignored, were rude or had to be reminded of requests over again. Had three doctors in which didn't see much of two of them. The one I did see seemed OK at first but turned out to be rude and disrespectful. Up until the lines of even saying he didnt care. TERRIBLE! I went here for what could potentially be blood clots in my legs. I am a young female woman, as I have recently gotten into one of the most prestigious colleges in New York. I do not have mental issues nor any emotional issues. However, I have heart issues where I cannot stress. The doctors ARE aware of my medical issues and instead of helping me, they ACCUSED me of being "abused at home" or "needing therapy" even though I do NOT need therapy and I do not even live at home, I am currently living in a dorm. Dr. David J Kim is not just a doctor, he’s a really solid guy. He did surgery on my hand and everything went smooth. Super professional, but at the same time down to earth and easy to talk to. He explains things clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and treats you like a person, not just a patient. Hard to find a doctor like that these days. Big respect and much appreciation. 🙌
