It appears that the staff at the records department are overworked , understaffed not sure . But every time I have tried contacting them . They are just rude . They won’t even let you speak . It doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant . All I needed was record . Was not calling to order roses . I hope they don’t treat someone who is under any sort of duress with that type of behavior . It’s so bad that calling back was always unpleasant . I have the MRN # just in case you’d like to help . Have a Great day !
Medical team in labor & delivery were very professional. Same goes in recovery room. Very understanding nurses they feel u. My overall experience was amazing. Not to foget also all the staff and doctors whole through out my pregnancy was great!
