DONT SEND YOUR KID TO INPATIENT OR OUTPATIENT. As someone that was there for both. INPATIENT- ITS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Kids get there heads stomped and beaten up everyday and no one does anything when you tell a “higher up” you don’t feel safe in your unit or anything about your safety they do absolutely nothing not even when a physical altercation happens. The most they do is put you in a different unit until 12am then you go back and the cycle repeats. Kids get sent to the hospital very often due patients attacking them. I... read more

For any parent considering the Upper School program, please look past the polished recommendations. At least five prominent staff members foster unsupportive views toward LGBTQ+ youth; if you were to have a private conversation with them, they would show their true colors. Dr.Xu is unfit for medical practice, specifically as it relates to Trauma informed Psychiatry for adolescents. Her methods re-.traumatize and deepen Panic Disorder and Hyper Arousal. I have reported her to the State Medical Board for Sanction. She is better suited to a research unit, far removed from Humankind.

Do not allow your kids to go here, this is a horrible place and they treat both their staff and residents like trash. The people here don’t help the kids get better in no shape or form, the services suck and the place as a whole is inhumane

Please, if you care about your child, think carefully before bringing them to this school. In my personal experience, the staff acted unprofessionally particularly Lisa Romano (treatment team leader)I brought my son there to receive support, but instead they requested a meeting with my husband and me without giving us a specific time. Before the meeting even happened, they suspended my son Bus and they would not allow him to attend school until we met with them. We were unable to meet on Monday, they chose to suspended the b... read more
