I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Richard that I feel is important to share. When I initially called his office, he answered the phone himself but seemed confused about why I was calling, even though I was inquiring about chiropractic services. He told me he would call me back, which he did but not until the following day. When he finally returned my call, his tone was noticeably unkind and impatient.
