I had a 9 AM appointment and was given transportation through the provider. The driver arrived late and it took over an hour and a half to get there, making everyone in the car late. When we arrived, the front desk showed no concern or understanding about the delay. I later found out over 20 patients were scheduled for the same 9 AM time slot, which explains the chaos. I read the reviews of this Surgery Center the night before my procedure and I was terrified by what I read but I have to be honest the second I pulled up to the facility I could not be happier with what I saw. The place looks brand new, fresh paint, the two ladies at the front desk couldn't have been more professional. They both made me feel at ease. The waiting room was clean and had a modern feel. Rude staff especially at the front desk, thats usually where you want to place to friendly people to welcome you into their business. I understand why they're rude. They have a waiting room full of people who are told to show up at 6am for surgery and end up sitting here for 5 hours with no updates, no clue of when you will be called. No clue why the transportation had to pick you up at 430am. So they probably deal with angry patients all day.
