I made an appointment with New York Carpet Cleaning. I called them this morning and they scheduled me this afternoon for same day appointment! When the technician arrived, he explained the process and the products he used. He did an outstanding job. The results were amazing. Now my carpets look great and look like new.
I am very picky about how my carpets should be cleaned. Maybe even annoying to some. I ask a lot of questions, especially when it comes to carpet cleaning.
