You can have the best specialists in the world but if your support staff is MIA or incompetent, it's difficult to efficiently do the basics such as pre-authorization with insurance (staff messes up the logistics), obtain copy of xrays (I email/call daily for a week, nobody knows where they are; nobody responds in the portal), or get final report or a doctor's note to my kid's school (nobody responds). TERRIBLE BILLING AND CRUMMY BUSINESS. This place will charge you an insane amount of money and not honestly disclose the costs up front or even in the invoice they send to you. There is a “Office OP New Low 30…” charge that was not on the invoice sent to me via mail or communicated to me at all. When the balance sent me was not adding up they first said they will correct it and then they never did. Months later they showed me the same outstanding balance, again with no explanation as to where the balance is coming from. Only... read more

Charged me way too much and sent surprise charges after. Then sent me to a debt collector. Such a SCAM OF A DOCTOR.

Doctor was okay, but similar to all the other reviews here the billing department is horrendous. They need to do a MAJOR clean-up in that department given that a year later I continue to be harassed to be sent to collections for a late bill despite being told multiple times IN WRITING that my bill has already been settled by insurance. The constant back and forth has been very frustrating and given a do over I WOULD NEVER have come to this office if I knew about the fraudulent billing practices.
