I scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist at the 1198 Third Avenue location for the following day. On the day of the appointment, my visit was canceled and I was redirected to your office at 425 Madison Avenue. I understood that I would be seeing a podiatrist because I needed the orthopedic inserts in my shoes adjusted, as they were causing pain.
