This is why everybody hates Chris. Why did they move to Rye NY? I hope it wasn't because it is close to where the powers that be may reside? Seems to be a convenience commute 🤔..not for the donors though.
I've been a long time donor (almost soley whole blood) to the divisions of NYBCe for years; the last ~18 months has been like watching a dumpster catch fire and burn. NYBCe's donor-facing IT systems are a disgrace: the donor websites have perpetually broken functionality for years they keep claiming will be fixed shortly, donors haven't been able to fill out the donor questionaire in the 24 hours before your appointment for over a year, and the functionality they do have was clearly sloppily pasted into the existing site fra... read more
