I happened to come across a rude and loud phlebotomist, the manager was nowhere near helpful either. Too bad, since I want to give blood locally. I seldom get the opportunity to drive far so I can give blood. I won’t go back. The Red Cross folks seem much better at their jobs, so that’s where I go now.
The people are so friendly. They make the 30 min drive there worth it. I visit once every 3 weeks.
I had a good experience donating blood here.
