This is a well organized beauty supply store!!! I can honesty say that this specific location is the best located in York PA. I would definitely recommend coming here especially for people with textured hair. 10/10 experience plus they have a really nice staff which is an additional plus!
My family and I have been supporting this business since I was a kid at the first location on George st(Golden) I’m familiar with the family and visit often spending good money, unfortunately my business has never felt appreciated. The owner and her daughter are both extremely unfriendly and not helpful as well as the store employee who is unrelated to the family. Amazing selection of wigs and staff is so friendly! Highly recommend :)
Highly upset that I was given the wrong wig after showing the specific one I wanted. It was too late for me to turn around and take it back when I’m at the hair appointment and the stylist already has it unpackaged (which is when I noticed it wasn’t the right length wig which means I paid more than I wanted). I asked the store if I could get a store credit due to their mistake and extra charge and I was told “no”.
