Wow. Never have I ever felt like a body shop was looking out for me and my wallet. Until now. These guys were as concerned with keeping the cost down as I was. He shopped around for used parts to get the best deal and the work they did was flawless. And very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them - and Kasam in particular.
Among the multitude of auto and body shops in the area New York Auto stands out. I have had my 2016 Land Rover Range Rover serviced and repaired several times and some major body work done by them. Kasam and Tony are great to work with. They always did an excellent job and at a fair price. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with New York Auto. Tony was very helpful, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend New York Auto, and if you go there, ask for Tony—you’ll be in good hands!
I was a loyal customer for almost 8 years, but this shop is not the same anymore. They only want easy jobs and make excuses to avoid more difficult repairs. Most of the staff don’t speak English, which makes communication very difficult. The mechanics are not qualified and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Very disappointing. I can’t recommend this shop anymore.
