I would first like to thank the company for their quick response. Second, I'd like to thank their engineer, George Marr. He was professional, quick to respond, patient, caring and understanding. He did a great job and was quick to report our report to NYSEG. He was fabulous-- Highly recommend this business and George. Thank you, a million times over.
Great Customer Service – I called and had an inspector come and check an outside new installation entrance box on our pole. Not only did they check that but also took the time to look at the internal box at no added cost to make sure we would have no issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection prior to having the electric company hook us up.
