This place has been in business since the Spanish landed in Pensacola. They had a Greek cook, he caught some Scamp and Crab whipped up a dinner for the captain. He went a shore built a restaurant and started the first restaurant in America. Everyone loved his cooking. He handed down the recipe to each generation and it just kept getting better.

I've attended business functions twice at Skopelos, both functions we were served delicious food and had great service. The first event was a buffet, the most recent event was a sit down dinner...it was excellent.
