I recently had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. After spending 34 minutes on the phone with a representative who assured me they had the part I needed, I was hopeful and eager to resolve my issue. However, my expectations quickly turned into disappointment when I arrived at the North Street location, only to find out they had moved off Choctaw and Monterrey. I have ordered parts for my shop from this company and they say my parts are in stock but it never gets delivered. I have tried to give them a chance thinking it was a genuine mistake but this has happened one time too many.

Despite its location, this is a great place to get a variety of car parts. They are well stocked on most makes and year models of cars. The counter guy was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is not much to see just a sales counter on the inside where you ask for what you need then out of the back they appear with your stuff. Don't let the outside scare you off.
