The owner of New World Builders is a very nice guy. He has a good heart. This company does not pay attention to details. They are definitely on “Island Time.” I gave them a list of things that needed correcting. The never finished the list. If they would have done it right the first time (paying attention to detail) I would be writing a different review. I gave them 2 stars because he tried and he is a nice guy.
I had a leak in my attic that damaged the sheet rock on the ceiling. I called NWB and Frank came by that day to check out the project. He referred A & G texture and painting and I couldn't have been more pleased. The gentlemen who did the work was respectful and made sure to cover and protect my counter tops and furniture. Overall, I am very pleased with the work that A & G Texture and service provided at the recommendation of Frank.
Highly recommend Frank Flannigan / New World Builders. I hired NWB to remove a extra closet to expand my twins. I also wanted to divide it so they both have their very own space & privacy. With what I had in mind & Mr. Flannigan's ideas my boy's couldn't be happier. Much Thanks to Frank Flannigan with New World Builders & crew. Yall get five star's from my boy's & I.
New world builders are very professional they used top of the line materials on my deck. They got the job done quickly at a fair price. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them for any work you have.
I’m on the board of my Galveston Island condo HOA, and earlier this year we switched to New World Builders from our former contractor for maintenance and repairs. Everyone is satisfied with his work. He rebuilt my second story deck from the ground up and installed a weatherproof door leading from my guest room to the deck. It turned out beautifully!
