I’ve been in the industry long enough to hear stories about wholesalers being pushed aside, but I never thought I’d personally experience it with New Western. What I went through left me disappointed and betrayed. A company this large should know better than to burn relationships over a single deal. It showed me that greed comes before integrity here. I would not recommend New Western at any branch.
