The staff is terrific. Ownership is gradually restoring the common areas. The annual party is very nice, as are the Halloween gatherings. Nice laundry facility. Excellent location, with a CVS right across the street and a grocery store about two blocks away. Love the rooftop view. The only knock is that some of the common areas are a bit tired. The elevator seems to be functional, as does the freight elevator, but both are on the smaller sized, making moving big items a bit tricky.

We lived here 2 years ago on the top floor. The heating system (steam boiler) was broken and all the rooms would be 95-98 degrees and the radiators made extremely loud banging noises all of the time, Night and day. Im not kidding, it was OBVIOUSLY loud enough to cause hearing damage. We had to keep the windows open, which is an issue because delaware ave is extremely loud, ambulances at least every hour from the neighboring hospital. The best apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Supportive staff with an extremely fun vibe, high quality apartments, an incredible rooftop with music/lights/relaxing views, and an annual holiday party.

I lived in unit 302 in 1990 (yikes) for a year. Loved this place then and it sounds like it’s just as good now. Congrats to you all.
