I agree with all of the negative reviews. I have been coming here since 2005 and it has went in the dumps since Dr. Beazley retired. Even Dr. Wilson said bye recently. They obviously don’t care about their clients. No return phone calls, they ignore pharmacy requests and just have no clue how to handle patients. Moving on to anyone that cares. Bye New West!
Horrible they use to be great idk what has happened I already waited 3 weeks for my doctor appointment and now they are trying to move it further out no explanation they can’t offer anything else for the day I work other days . The time before I talked to someone they sent me to another far location she said they had a appointment when I got a confirmation it was another location so I already drove 1 hour to a further location because I needed to see a doctor than they got the wrong address and the other one was another 30 m... read more
This has been one of the worst primary care experiences of my life. I transferred from another new west physicians office because I had such a great experience with them. Unfortunately this communication and issues with billing for labs after a physical have been a nightmare. Getting communication about the labs results was hard enough. But it's been 6 month since my physical and I ultimately just paid for the pap smear because the MD office insists the billing has been fixed since Feb and I continue to get delinquent notice... read more
My wife and I are giving up on them they simply can't return a phone call I'm in a lot of pain right now and they have not addressed my issue. We have been patience for over 20 years. They finally return my call after the review. They can easily help me with a phone call but they want me to come in to get their copay
Closed down their behavioral health center with ZERO notice, zero referrals, and zero care for patients. I wouldn't be surprised if someone was seriously hurt, or worse, due to the reckless management of New West. If you have speciality services here, PLEASE look elsewhere, especially if you require high-intensity care. I received a letter saying they closed... the day after they closed. Your specialty services could be next.
