I love my care provider knowledgeable and kind. Hate that I have to switch but the business operations is serious nightmare fuel. I've been chasing down a refund since February 2023. With concerns why my insurance didn't get billed properly (never billed insurance for exam) and why it didnt get billed for 6 months. Had to pay exam fee even though I had active insurance. This practice has really gone downhill.
Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible recent experience with the staff. Total runaround for hours despite numerous desperate calls. Complete apathy by all staff with the exception of the doctor I saw. Time to find a new practice.
UPDATE: Decreasing this to one star. The practice manager and I talked and he assured me he would get this $5 taken care of. Now they are sending me to collections over $5 which I don't actually owe due to a billing error for a procedure I never had. New West's customer service is the absolute worst and they have no care whatsoever for their patients.
