I had booked an appointment with jenny. when I arrived, the staff member seemed to realize that I had an appointment. I believe she was in the back room before coming outside to serve me. From the moment she came out, her attitude was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She looked frustrated and annoyed, was yawning as if she had been resting, and did not show any interest in providing good customer service. Great experience at New west nails!! The staff were very professional, respectful, and polite. The service was top-quality and done with great care without feeling rushed. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
Jenny does amazing eyelashes except for one time she did my eyelashes and my one eye started swelling up and I got some white pus. I feel like she used maybe dirty tools once I didn’t go back or do anything about it cause it had been too late and I was too embarrassed to go outside because my eye was so swollen, but I’m pretty sure I have a photo from what happened and I also didn’t wanna give her a bad review because it’s the one and only time that’s ever happened from her and I’ve been going to see her for about two going ... read more

Great experience every visit. Got my summer nails with Jenny and I love it! All the ladies always gets it *finger claps* can't go without mentioning their pedi-care and massage chairs 😌
