Totally regret choosing New West as our builder. We designed our home with them and was very excited to move in. While the house was being built (and when we moved in), we noticed significant issues (hardwood floor shaking as you walk - can feel the vibrations of someone walking - never used to happen in our very old house, stairs & hardwood creaking, TV in theatre room is way too high - our necks hurt when watching TV, etc).
