Beautiful show room. The team member who helped me purchasing a microtech was great. He provided insight, and pulled out several models for me to handle.
I purchased a knife from this store yesterday for my fiancé and while I am very happy with the knife, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. When walking into the store myself and friends were ignored on arrival. Once I asked for guidance on where the knives I was looking for are located, the younger gentleman in the back was extremely unhelpful and disinterested in providing any guidance, or helpfulness in explaining the knife options.
