I had a gum graft procedure done by Dr. Lai, and I truly cannot thank her and her team enough for their care and support throughout the entire process. Although I experienced some unexpected post-operative bleeding complications, Dr. Lai was incredibly responsive, patient, and professional every step of the way. Dr. Lai and her staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. She takes the time to thoroughly discuss procedures beforehand, ensuring that I fully understand everything. All of my dental treatments, including Invisalign, have been going smoothly. Thanks to her care, I feel more confident about my smile.
