I had a gum graft procedure done by Dr. Lai, and I truly cannot thank her and her team enough for their care and support throughout the entire process. Although I experienced some unexpected post-operative bleeding complications, Dr. Lai was incredibly responsive, patient, and professional every step of the way. I have been coming here since I was a young child and it has never failed me. Such a sweet, hospitable team and great service consistently.
Dr. Lai and her staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. She takes the time to thoroughly discuss procedures beforehand, ensuring that I fully understand everything. All of my dental treatments, including Invisalign, have been going smoothly. Thanks to her care, I feel more confident about my smile.
