About this business
Our programs provide an enriched living environment for the six residents in each of our homes. We promote greater self-esteem and self-confidence through services designed to meet individual needs and to improve the lives and living skills of each resident to the extent possible. We also provide residents with frequent opportunities for a variety of recreational opportunities -- for example, bowling, picnics, the zoo and trips to the store to spend their own money.

I worked for New Way Services, Inc. for 2 years. Everyone is great at the office and I really enjoyed doing the orientations for new hires. If I could go back I would but I wasn't getting paid or working enough. I only got a raise once since I worked there. Other than that I learned a lot and enjoyed working there.

I feel so blessed for the opportunity to have worked for New Way Services. It has been a learning experience. And I have obtained great strengths as a result of my employment in the last 18 months. The clients at each facility have an individual personality and smile that offers such a great reward. I have enjoyed my time there, And I will miss the clients as well as the staff.
