Worst people ever to rent from.. especially in the townhomes they have I will never rent from them again and hope no one rent from them they is not professional and not willing to fix anything also they will blame you for it and will get over on rent/water payments even if you pay ahead of time.
If I can leave zero stars I would! These people don’t care about their tenants. They care about the money. If you have a problem by law it’s 3 months to get it fixed. Very unreliable company. This company wants to charge people to fix up the properties they have because they don't do any maintenance work without charging the tenants. My girlfriend has been renting from this company for a couple of years and they give her the run around when it comes to fixing anything but they want to charge her for fixing anything in the apartment where she lives at.they take there sweet time doing anything for there tenants.
