From hearing evaluation, through selection of instruments, fitting, matching hearing deficiencies and follow up, the service is excellent. My new hearing aids have brought a new level of hearing to me. I had in-the-canal devices which did not have the power to boost my hearing enough. The Unitron speaker in the ear models work extremely well. The best part of dealing with New Way Hearing Aids is the friendly and competent capabilities of Linda and Michael Knapp.
Takes time to explain, and does not try to get you to buy the most expensive hearing aids.
Michael helped me to overcome a lifetime of substantial deafness in one ear that I was born with. I'm a mature adult and to hear 50-60% more from that ear is nothing short of amazing. The other ear needed some help and I'm amazed at the amount of sound there is that I've been missing! Michael was professional, informative, and not 1 bit pushy on getting me into hearing aids. He's so knowledgeable in his field and I can only recommend he and Linda with a 10+ rating.
I have been to quite a few audiologists up and down the East Coast. Michael and Linda are a gem. They are honest and sincere and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Michael spent a lot of time and patience convincing an obstinate 85 year old woman that she could go from being almost deaf to being able to hear her grandchildren's high pitched voices. It took two different brands of hearing aids and quite a few tips from Michael on how to get the most out of each of them before I became comfortable wearing them. Linda is a great office manager who combines efficiency with humor and friendliness. It's a good combination.
Michael and Linda Knapp are Rock Stars in my opinion! Before going to New Way Hearing Aids I was very disappointed in my previous, very expensive hearing aids. My husband was unhappy with me because I simply quit wearing them and made him repeat everything he said....I'm sure this sounds familiar to many.
