I erased my previous review but I can’t… These people much rather inexperience personnel than a successful journey. More than enough because I am heartbroken
While this program had the potential to provide an excellent ABA journey, my experience was disappointing. The agency was inconsistent with their placement decisions due to credentials which created instability for my child. The focus appeared to be more on financial gain than on supporting each child’s individual growth. Many staff members seemed inexperienced in their roles, which affected the quality of care and guidance.
