Highly recommended! The hospitality at New Way Auto was outstanding they were all professional n super knowledgeable. We went to Jackson Kia first and had a terrible experience but things happen for a reason. My wife ended up coming across New Way Auto site and we showed up the process was extremely easy and within about an hr they let me know I was approved. Great place. Went from parts and repairs to used car sales. I have to say 3 cars from here 1 per family member, and we are all still very happy with our purchases. Wait it's 4 cars now. 2005 Honda fit, 2013 Ford escape, 1998 Toyota camery, and 2018 crosstrek, bought over the last 6 or so years. I send everyone I know looking for a car here knowing that if they find something they like they will leave happy. 💯
This is the best used car dealer. I am 19 with no credit and I needed a car asap so I went in and no questions asked they were helping me find a car they could approve me for. I am beyond happy Angela was very nice a huge help. I definitely recommend to anyone needing a car fast.
Junior is a straight forward guy. I ended up buying my used truck from him after visiting about every dealer in the area. If your looking for a reliable used car give them a shot.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasing a 2012 Jeep Rubicon from New Way Auto. Junior was friendly, honest and did whatever he could to make the deal work for me. Angela was timely and communicative in getting the transaction completed with my bank. This was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle and will buy again when the time arrives.
