Highly recommended! The hospitality at New Way Auto was outstanding they were all professional n super knowledgeable. We went to Jackson Kia first and had a terrible experience but things happen for a reason. My wife ended up coming across New Way Auto site and we showed up the process was extremely easy and within about an hr they let me know I was approved. Great place. Went from parts and repairs to used car sales. I have to say 3 cars from here 1 per family member, and we are all still very happy with our purchases. Wait it's 4 cars now. 2005 Honda fit, 2013 Ford escape, 1998 Toyota camery, and 2018 crosstrek, bought over the last 6 or so years. I send everyone I know looking for a car here knowing that if they find something they like they will leave happy. 💯
This is the best used car dealer. I am 19 with no credit and I needed a car asap so I went in and no questions asked they were helping me find a car they could approve me for. I am beyond happy Angela was very nice a huge help. I definitely recommend to anyone needing a car fast.
I have gotten two vehicles from them. My first experience with them I got a 08 Honda Fit which did it amazing while I had it, I ended up getting into an accident with it and it got totalled out.. I went back in shortly after, determined to get another vehicle from them and they once again did not disappoint and they even got me into something newer and better. Junior is a straight forward guy. I ended up buying my used truck from him after visiting about every dealer in the area. If your looking for a reliable used car give them a shot.
