I am always fearful when purchasing a used vehicle.. not everyone is an honest, genuine human. With that being said, I purchased a Dodge Journey from here.. LOW mileage, Great condition, Great price and to top it all off.. I felt so at ease. The down to earth, REAL people vibe they both have was amazing! Highly recommended! The hospitality at New Way Auto was outstanding they were all professional n super knowledgeable. We went to Jackson Kia first and had a terrible experience but things happen for a reason. My wife ended up coming across New Way Auto site and we showed up the process was extremely easy and within about an hr they let me know I was approved. Great place. Went from parts and repairs to used car sales. I have to say 3 cars from here 1 per family member, and we are all still very happy with our purchases. Wait it's 4 cars now. 2005 Honda fit, 2013 Ford escape, 1998 Toyota camery, and 2018 crosstrek, bought over the last 6 or so years. I send everyone I know looking for a car here knowing that if they find something they like they will leave happy. 💯
Lack of response unless prompted. Could of sold me on a vehicle without the trade in but guess they’ve got that crazy amount of business 🤣 Update: claims that they don’t have my info, shall I post the text conversation between a Junior and myself?
