Damien goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out of there satisfied with his services. His communication is also on point. Highly recomend coming here. He worked on bushings on my car and within a day he was done. I will be coming back for more work! Thanks guys!
Got scammed. Don’t trust the good reviews. Got alignment with him, and he was telling me the camber bolt had a problem. Did a lot of research afterwards, but it seems like he was just being lazy. Also car is not aligned after alignment. Alignment is not done after I paid for it also. I don’t even know if he did anything. It’s also an LLC, it’s not an actual shop. It’s a garage he probably rent. Don’t go here
Highly recommend this shop. Damien is knowledgeable and customer service is great along with more than reasonable prices. All the other reviews for New Wave Suspension are spot on.
Damien performs great work and he is honest. He won't sell you anything you don't need. I came in for repairs/replacements and not upgrades and he did a great job on my 2500HD and performed it at an absolutely fair price. I could have easily paid double anywhere else. I find it can be challenging to find honesty in the auto repair industry but with Damien you get only that. I found New Wave Suspension after scouring google reviews for the best place to get my suspension done. Damian was able to get what I needed done and even went above and beyond by installing not only my suspension, but also my exhaust mid-pipe and wheel spacers all within such a short time frame and while being such an awesome all-around great guy.
