I cannot begin to express how wonderful and healing it was to participate in the ketamine retreat last weekend. It was my second opportunity and both of them were immensely helpful. It was truly a gift to be able to witness such growth and transformation happen, not just with me but the entire group. Most were literally shining by Sunday. The house, food and activities were excellent. The best part was the kindness, compassion and skill of both Dr. Ashley and Dr Jessica. I look forward to participating again. THANK YOU!
I just returned from the women’s ketamine retreat in Cle Elum with Ashley and Jessica. They created a beautiful container, and struck the perfect balance between clinical and informative, and spiritual/supportive. I felt so cared for from the moment I arrived and even now in the days following. I’ve already seen massive shifts in myself and in my own healing and got to meet some really incredible women along the way. I have already recommended them to others and will no doubt be back myself!
I have tried everything EVERYTHING searching for peace with my mental health. I especially suffer from severe chronic depression, debilitating anxiety and PTSD.
