Dr. Timothy Carder was great! He was very thorough and listened to all my concerns! He explained to me in detail the plan moving forward! I was able to get the referrals needed. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and kind! I definitely recommend!
Dr. Carder was very informative. I was able to get in the same day and the staff was professional and kind.
Please don’t go to this Dr office in spring. I wish I could give Zero stars. My niece is in hospital as of this morning due to not getting her medication refilled for her diabetes and blood pressure. She can go without the diabetes medication for a while but she can’t go without her blood pressure meds. Last month she had to basically hunt down her Dr ( Amanda) and her assistant for a whole month ( have all the proof) for a refill and only got the assistant to contact my niece back after my niece went to the manger and by th... read more
Made an appointment. Was told wrong address to the old office I assume and then called and they gave me a new address. Could not find the building and called for more directions and the lady placed me on hold to find someone who could tell me where they are located. I got disconnected after a few mins of being on hold and then no one called me back. Dr. Carder is a very caring physician who truly listens to all your concerns and takes the time to explain things clearly. He’s also very knowledgeable, which makes you feel confident about your care. They also do blood work on-site, which is really convenient. The nurse who drew my blood was excellent — very kind, skilled, and it didn’t hurt at all. She knew exactly how to position the needle, which made the process smooth.
