Amazing service, really look out for their patients. Dr. Audrey was very professional and straight to the point. Great place for people with busy schedules.
I had an appointment at 5 they moved locations and did not notify their customers in any way that they moved locations so I arrived at the old one first only to call & find out they moved, then the new location has no sign at all out front to let you know where they were we passed by it 2 times before figuring out where they were because the only business sign that they do have out front is for a total different business. Dr. Truong is pretty good, but the front office is abysmal. There's some kind of issue every time, either with billing or medication. You can call, but you'll get voicemail and they'll call you back two weeks later, or not at all. Messages thru patient portal go unanswered.
Dr. Carder is the best doctor in Houston! I have white coat syndrome and feel completely comfortable with. I won’t see another doctor.
Dr. Sun-Wright, you are the most unprofessional, arrogant, and borderline hostile provider I have encountered. No one deserves to work in a hostile environment, the way you yelled and disrespected your team was EXTREMELY inappropriate. I hope the right eyes see this and act.
