Dr. Carder is the best doctor in Houston! I have white coat syndrome and feel completely comfortable with. I won’t see another doctor.
Dr. Sun-Wright, you are the most unprofessional, arrogant, and borderline hostile provider I have encountered. No one deserves to work in a hostile environment, the way you yelled and disrespected your team was EXTREMELY inappropriate. I hope the right eyes see this and act.
The lady who does lab work named Veronica is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not care for the patients someone like this should not be working in the medical field. I heard her be rude to this poor young girl who was crying about being scared to get her blood work done, Veronica rolled her eyes and didn’t comfort her at all, someone else had to do it due to her attitude. Only reason I’m giving some stars is because they do have other nice staff there.
Let me start off by saying I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I have never felt more cared about than when I started coming to new wave I have been a patient here for 3/4 years and my experience has not changed. All the doctors I have seen have been kind, caring, attentive, and most importantly knowledgeable.. I started coming here sometime last year and ive seen Doctor Amanda every single time! She is absolutely amazing!! She goes above and beyond and is real good with explaining things to where we can understand.. but overall the staff they are all so sweet and amazing! Def recommend
